1 Acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use or purchase BetterMind Focus. By purchasing, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2 The Service

BetterMind Focus is a browser-based attention-training programme offering an assessment, a focus plan, and short daily sessions. It is informational and educational, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and not a substitute for professional care.

3 Accounts

Provide accurate and current account information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. Each account is for one person only; do not share it.

4 Subscription, Billing and Auto-Renewal

Your subscription begins with a $0.99 introductory period of 3 days. Unless you cancel before it ends, you will be charged $39.99 per month automatically on the renewal date, to the payment method on file, until you cancel. Monthly billing continues on the same date each month.

We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. Failed payments may result in suspended access until payment is resolved.

Cancel anytime by emailing support@bettermindfocus.com or calling +1 (866) 932-9248. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the current paid period. Refunds are available under our Refund Policy within 30 days of any charge.

5 Acceptable Use

Do not abuse or disrupt the service, access it without authorization, scrape its content, resell it, reverse engineer it, share accounts, or use it in violation of the law.

6 Intellectual Property

Dangworks LLC owns the service, including its software, design, and content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use during your access period. No ownership is transferred to you.

7 Disclaimers

The service is provided as-is and as available, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee any specific improvement in focus, productivity, or other results. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dangworks LLC's total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

9 Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Dangworks LLC against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service or material breach of these Terms. This does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights.

10 Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and cancel your subscription by email or phone. We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation of these Terms, security concerns, or nonpayment, subject to applicable law. Cancellation and refunds are handled as described above and in the Refund Policy.

11 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Before starting a formal dispute, email us at support@bettermindfocus.com with the details and allow 30 days to resolve it informally.

If we cannot resolve it, disputes will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, with the seat in Loudoun County, Virginia, subject to applicable consumer protections. Either party may bring an eligible claim in small-claims court instead. Claims must be brought individually, not as a class, collective, or representative action, to the extent permitted by law.

You may opt out of the arbitration agreement by emailing support@bettermindfocus.com within 30 days after your first purchase and stating that you opt out of arbitration. If you opt out, the other provisions of these Terms remain in effect. This section does not prevent you from exercising rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

12 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and notify you by email of material changes before they take effect where required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires separate consent.
