1 Who We Are

2 Information We Collect

We collect your answers to the attention assessment, your name (if provided), email address, attribution parameters from the page you arrived on (including UTM tags and click IDs), and device and usage information generated when you use the site. Your quiz progress and attribution are saved in browser session storage on your device.

When payment is available, payment information will be handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers. The payment form is not yet active on this site.

3 How We Use Information

We use information to show your assessment results, deliver and personalize the service, handle billing when enabled, respond to support requests, maintain security, and improve the product. If marketing emails are sent, they will include an unsubscribe option.

The current checkout does not collect payment or send your assessment to a service provider: its payment area is not active and the confirmation action is local to your browser.

4 Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed for hosting, analytics, email delivery, and payment processing when those services are enabled. These providers process information for those purposes, not for their own unrelated marketing. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

5 Retention and Security

Quiz progress and attribution stored in your browser session storage generally remain until that browser session ends or you clear the storage. Other information is kept only as long as necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and handle support requests. We use reasonable security measures, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

6 Your Choices and Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, and opt out of marketing emails, by writing to support@bettermindfocus.com. We will handle requests as required by applicable law. You can also clear browser session storage and adjust your browser's cookie controls.

7 Children and Changes

The service is for adults aged 18 or older and is not intended for children. We may update this policy as the service changes; the date at the top will reflect the latest version.
